Casey has extensive experience working with adults and children with ADHD, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, anxiety disorders, and grief and loss. She offers specialized cognitive and diagnostic assessments focused on ADHD for adults, adolescents, and children, designed to provide clarity and practical direction.
Her clinical approach is strength-based and neurodiversity-affirming, integrating insight-oriented therapy with practical, skills-based interventions. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Executive Function Coaching, Casey places particular emphasis on supporting neurodivergent clients with self-regulation, sensory processing differences, emotional reactivity, and burnout. She works collaboratively with clients navigating life transitions, identity development, trauma recovery, and complex emotional stressors, helping them build skills that support both daily functioning and long-term growth. As a neurodivergent clinician, Casey brings both lived experience and professional expertise to a therapeutic environment that is psychologically safe, nonjudgmental, and empowering.
Casey holds a Master of Social Work from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from McKendree University. She is licensed in Illinois as a Clinical Social Worker, and her background includes senior leadership roles within a large healthcare system which informs her understanding of organizational stress, burnout, and the intersection of personal and professional wellbeing.
Outside of her clinical practice, Casey serves on the O’Fallon/Shiloh Chamber of Commerce Wellness Committee, where she helped establish the Dementia Friendly O’Fallon initiative. She is also a member of the Belleville Institutional Review Board and the National Association of Social Workers.
