NOTICE
As of January 1st, 2024 we will no longer split copays, deductibles, payments due between parties as our new system does not allow for this. As of January 1st 2024, whomever presents a child for the appointment or facilitates the virtual call will be responsible for payment of all fees due at time of service.
Please note: A fee of $75.00 will be billed to your account for failing to show up for your appointment and a fee of $55.00 is charged for late cancellations. The fees are stipulated and agreed upon in the Client Registration and Intake forms signed by the client prior to the first session.
Rates
We will bill your insurance company if you are going to use insurance. Our cash rates are as follows:
- Individual/family initial intake session $150
- Individual/family session $125
- Psychological Testing $200
- Court Ordered Counseling $150 per hour
- Reunification Counseling $150 per hour
